Terms of Service
Effective 20 September 2026. These terms are a legally binding agreement between you and Vedilink, which trades as 25th Hour.
1. Who you are contracting with
25th Hour is a trading name of Vedilink ("we", "us", "our"), a company operating from India. Vedilink is the seller and merchant of record for every product, subscription and service offered under the 25th Hour name and is the party responsible for billing, support and these terms.
By creating an account, downloading our software, or buying anything from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our products.
2. What we provide
We build and sell digital products for developers and creative teams: software development kits (SDKs), developer tools, libraries, documentation and related immersive and spatial computing software. Some products are free and open source. Others are paid, sold either as a one-time licence or as a recurring subscription.
Each product's own page or documentation sets out what it includes. Where a product page conflicts with these terms, the product page governs for that product.
3. Accounts
Some products require an account. You agree to give accurate information, keep your credentials secure and be responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@vedilink.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. If you are buying on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company to these terms.
4. Licence to use our software
When you buy a paid product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for the term and on the scale you paid for (for example, per developer seat or per application), subject to these terms.
Unless a product's own licence file says otherwise, you may not:
- resell, sublicence, rent, or redistribute the product as a standalone offering;
- remove or obscure copyright, licence, or attribution notices;
- reverse engineer or decompile the product, except where that right cannot be excluded by law;
- share licence keys or account credentials outside the seats you paid for.
5. Open source components
Parts of our work are released under open source licences. Those components are governed by their own licence files, which are included with the source. Where an open source licence conflicts with these terms, the open source licence governs that component.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our products to build or operate anything that breaks applicable law, infringes someone else's rights, distributes malware, harvests personal data without consent, or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
7. Pricing, taxes and payment
Prices are shown on the relevant product page in the currency stated there. Unless the page says otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout and shown before you pay. Indian customers are charged GST where it applies.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or other complete payment instrument details; Stripe handles that data under its own terms and security standards. We receive only the transaction result and limited details such as the last four digits, card brand and billing country.
You authorise us, through Stripe, to charge the payment method you provide for the amounts due. If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend access until payment succeeds. Bank or card issuer fees and currency conversion charges applied by your bank, are yours to pay.
8. Subscriptions and renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or annual, as chosen at checkout at the then-current price, until you cancel. We email you a receipt after each charge.
If we change the price of a subscription, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. You may cancel before the renewal date if you do not accept the new price.
9. Cancellation policy
You can cancel a subscription at any time, from your account's billing settings or by emailing support@vedilink.com from the address on the account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- After you cancel, you keep access to the paid product until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- You are not charged again after cancellation and no cancellation fee applies.
- Cancelling stops future renewals. It is not by itself a request for a refund of a period already charged; see section 10 for that.
- We confirm every cancellation by email. If you do not receive confirmation within two business days, write to us.
We may cancel or decline an order before delivery where the product is mispriced, unavailable, or the order appears fraudulent. If we do, we refund any amount already charged in full.
The full policy, including timelines, is also published at Cancellation & Refund Policy.
10. Refund policy
Our products are digital goods delivered immediately, so please read this before buying.
- 7-day refund window. You may request a full refund within 7 days of the original purchase of a new licence or a new subscription, for any reason, provided the licence has not been used in a shipped commercial product.
- Product does not work as described. If a product is faulty, materially fails to match its documentation and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you may request a full refund regardless of the 7-day window.
- Duplicate or incorrect charges. Refunded in full, always.
- Renewals. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, tell us within 7 days of that charge and we will cancel the subscription and refund it, provided you have not substantially used the product in the new period.
- Not refundable. Periods already substantially used, custom or contracted development work that has been delivered and accepted and purchases made more than 7 days ago that fall outside the cases above.
To request a refund, email support@vedilink.com with your order ID and the reason. We respond within 2 business days and approve or decline within 7 business days, with the reason in writing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe within 5–10 business days; how quickly the money appears then depends on your bank or card issuer.
11. Delivery of digital products
Everything we sell is delivered digitally by download link, licence key, or account access, normally within a few minutes of a successful payment and in any case within 24 hours. Nothing is shipped physically. If you have paid and not received access, email us and we will fix it or refund you.
12. Support
Paid products include email support at support@vedilink.com for the duration of the licence or subscription. We aim to reply within 2 business days. Support covers installation, defects and use of documented features; it does not include building your application for you.
13. Intellectual property
We own all rights in our software, documentation, designs, trademarks and website content, except for third-party and open source components, which belong to their authors. "25th Hour", "Vedilink Private Limited" and our logos are our marks and may not be used without written permission.
14. Your content
Anything you create using our products is yours. We claim no ownership of your applications, assets, or data. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you allow us to use them to improve our products without obligation to you.
15. Third-party services
Our products may interoperate with hardware, platforms and services we do not control, such as headset runtimes, app stores, or cloud providers. We are not responsible for those services, their availability, or their terms.
16. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, or discontinue products. If we discontinue a paid product you are actively subscribed to, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and refund the unused portion of your current billing period.
17. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if payment fails and is not resolved, or if required by law. Where the breach is fixable, we will tell you and give you a reasonable chance to fix it first. You may stop using our products at any time. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and governing law survive termination.
18. Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in these terms and as required by applicable law, our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that a product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or platform.
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
19. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of our products.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the 12 months before the claim arose.
20. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our products, or content or applications you build and distribute using them.
21. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [City, State], India have exclusive jurisdiction, except that either party may seek urgent injunctive relief elsewhere.
Before starting proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter directly. Most issues are settled by email within a few days.
22. Grievance officer
In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the details of our grievance officer are:
- Name: Piyush Raj
- Email: grievance@vedilink.com
We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month of receipt.
23. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top always shows the current version. For material changes affecting paid customers, we give at least 30 days' notice by email. Continuing to use our products after a change means you accept the updated terms.
